Introduction

Price Guarantee

Participants in the 2017 Fall Forward Program will be able to make purchase commitments on all control
products (excluding control product on fertilizer) without the budgetary stress and strain of trying to predict
the future of product pricing. The Fall Forward Price Guarantee will ensure that the product price you receive
in the commitment period offered through December 8, 2017 will be the lowest offered price through
September 14th of 2018. If prices decline you will not only receive the lower price for any subsequent
purchases, but you will also be credited the difference for any products previously purchased. For example, if
you committed to purchase one case of Iprodione by December 8, 2017 at $256.00 and then on July 6, 2018
the case price dropped to $200.00 we would automatically rebate you the $56.00 difference as a result of the
change in price. Furthermore, if prices increase you will not see any change in your pricing structure. For
example, if you committed to purchase one case of Iprodione by December 8, 2017 at $256.00 and then
on July 6, 2018 the price increased to $290.00 per case you would continue to receive the $256.00 per case
price offered to you during the commitment period.

Early Pay Discounts

The following payment discounts are available for customer’s who elect to pay for their early order
commitment prior to the June 8, 2017 due date.
Payment by December 15, 2017 will receive a discount of 6.0%
Payment by March 30, 2018 will receive a discount of 3.0%
Payment by April 30, 2018 will receive a discount of 2.0 %
