Introduction















         Participating in SynaTek’s 2017 Fall Forward Program could not be easier. Simply make a commitment to
         purchase by December 8, 2017, take delivery by the dates outlined below and remit payment by
         June 8th, 2018.

        Synatek Rewards Program


        Participants in the 2017 Fall Forward Program will be able to benefit from rebates of up to 10% from purchase
        commitments made by December 8, 2017.  Agency products offered by Syngenta, SePro and FMC are not
        eligible for SynaTek Rewards. Please refer to the end user programs offered by each of these manufacturers
        for a complete detail of eligible rebates.



        Rebate Tiers as follows:
        $2,500  -  $4,999     2%
        $5,000  -  $19,999    4%
        $20,000 - $39,999     6%
        $40,000 - $59,999     8%
        $60,000 - Above       10%



        For example, if a $20,000 purchase commitment was made from qualifying manufacturers by December 8,
        2017 you would receive a $1,200 rebate based upon a rewards level of 6%. Rebates will be paid out by
        August 31, 2018 provided that shipment of the product takes place by the dates outlined below and
        payment is recieved by June 8, 2018.  In the event that the product is not shipped or paid for within the terms
        of the Fall Forward Program then all rebates will be forefeited.  Rebates will be offered in the form of an
        account credit or SynaTek Rewards Gift Card.  Please indicate when placing your order how you would like
        your rebate to be processed.  Unless otherwise instructed rebates will be processed as an account credit.


        Extended Delivery & Payment Terms


        Participants in the 2017 Fall Forward Program will benefit from extended delivery and payment terms.  All
        purchase commitments received by December 8th will be able to defer delivery until the dates outlined
        below with payment for the product not being due until June 8, 2018.
        Packaged Products- March 17, 2018
        Granular Fertilizer- March 17, 2018
        Bulk Liquid Products- July 31, 2018

        Product Swap


        Participants in the 2017 Fall Forward Program will be able to make purchase commitments from qualifying
        manufacturers without needing to fully predict disease and insect pressures for the coming season.  The Fall
        Forward Product Swap will allow you to exchange up to 25% of your control product purchases (excluding
        control product on fertilizer) until July 14th once you have a stronger gauge of your course’s particular needs.
        The exchange privileges are offered on a one time basis and must be exchanged for products with an equal
        or greater price compared to the products being exchanged.  For example, if you made a $10,000 purchase
        commitment by December 8, 2017 for eligible products you would be able to exchange up to $2,500 of those
        products on a one-time basis by July 13, 2018 with a minimum of $2,500 in other eligible products.
