2017-18 SePRO Golf Pinnacle Program

Program Qualications:
Purchase a minimum $2,500 of any combination of SePRO PGRs and
Aquatic Bundles between October 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018.

Base Rebate Percentage:
Qualifying purchases include SePRO Turf PGRs and Aquatic Bundles.
Use the chart on the back page to determine your base rebate percentage. Program

Aquatic Bundles:
Industry-leading solutions are packaged to treat 1 acre of water with an average depth up to 5 feet for up
to one season. Depending on length of growing season, location, or severity of weed and algae infestation,
multiple bundles may be required for season-long control. A prescription guide will be included with
each solution, providing signs and symptoms of algae and weed growth and easy-to-follow application rate,

Legacy Reward:
Legacy purchases qualify for an additional 10% rebate if the $2,500 qualifying purchase minimum is met.

October Bonus:
Pinnacle program qualifying purchases will receive an additional 2% rebate if made between October 1 and
October 31, 2017.

Terms:
All qualifying 2017 - 2018 Pinnacle Program purchases will receive terms to be paid July 13, 2018.

Rebate Payments:
To receive a rebate visit SePRO.com/Pinnacle and complete the rebate submission form no later than
February 28, 2018. Rebates will be paid as an account credit to the selling agent or as a check made payable to the
purchasing business. Purchases must be paid in full to receive a rebate. Rebates will be issued by August 31, 2018.

TO RECEIVE A REBATE, YOU MUST GO TO SEPRO.COM/PINNACLE AND COMPLETE THE
PINNACLE PROGRAM ENROLLMENT FORM BEFORE FEBRUARY 28, 2018.

from authorized SePRO agents. Rebates will be issued based on sales reported to SePRO by authorized agents within program dates. For pesticides sold into the state of California or
Washington, the distributor is instructed to add an amount equal to the California Mill Tax Assessment or Washington Hazardous Tax Assessment to the customer’s purchase price. SePRO
