2017 Mulligan Program
Participating in SynaTek’s 2017 Mulligan Program could not be easier. All that we request is that you make a
commitment to purchase by February 28, 2017, take delivery by the dates outlined below and remit payment by
June 9th, 2017.
Extended Delivery & Payment Terms
Participants in the 2017 Mulligan Program will benefit from extended delivery and payment terms. All purchase
commitments received by February 28th will be able to defer delivery until the dates outlined below with payment for the
product not being due until June 9, 2017.
• Packaged Products- March 17, 2017
• Granular Fertilizer- March 17, 2017
• Bulk Liquid Products- July 31, 2017
Product Swap
Participants in the 2017 Mulligan Program will be able to make purchase commitments from qualifying manufacturers
without needing to fully predict disease and insect pressures for the coming season. The Mulligan Product Swap will
allow you to exchange up to 25% of your control product purchases (excluding control product on fertilizer) until July
14th once you have a stronger gauge of your course’s particular needs. The exchange privileges are offered on a one time
basis and must be exchanged for products with an equal or greater price compared to the products being exchanged. For
example, if you made a $10,000 purchase commitment by February 28, 2017 for eligible products you would be able to
exchange up to $2,500 of those products on a one-time basis by July 15, 2017 with a minimum of $2,500 in other
eligible products.

UPS Shipments
All products marked with a will ship for free via standard UPS Ground all year long regardless of the size of
the order.
Early Pay Discounts
The following payment discounts are available for customer’s who elect to pay for their early order
commitment prior to the June 9, 2017 due date.
Payment by March 31, 2017 will receive a discount of 3.0%
Payment by April 30, 2017 will receive a discount of 2.0 %
