HOW TO QUALIFY :
Purchase eligible products between October 1, 2017
and September 30, 2018; invoices must be dated
within this defined purchase period.
You must submit your Rebate Form online. Invoices
can be uploaded or mailed to the address on the back
with a postmark date of January 15, 2018 for checks
to be mailed by March 31, 2018, or postmarked
by October 31, 2018 for checks to be mailed by
December 31, 2018.

REDEMPTION - EASY WAY TO SUBMIT:

To receive your rebate, complete the following easy steps:

1. Go to the Submission link on the Power of MORE
Reward Club website: MyPowerofMORE.com.

2. Complete the Rebate Form on your computer by typing
in the fields, and it will automatically calculate your
base rebate and your bonus rebate.
3. Submit your claim on line with electronically uploading
your invoices OR print two (2) copies of the completed
form; mail one (1) copy to the address on the back
of this detailer and retain the second copy for your
records.

You may select to receive your rebate check directly or as
a credit on your account with your participating distributor
of your choice.
