Additional Services
Soil Sample Testing
Test the analysis of a soil sample to determine nutrient and contaminant content, composition and other characteristics, such as
acidity or pH level.

Water Quality Testing
Test the chemical, physical and biological characteristics of water.

UPS Shipping Options:
All small package chemicals can be shipped via UPS from our many warehouses. Ask your sales
representative for details.
Terms & Agreements

DELIVERIES
Minimum purchase requirement for delivery is $1,500.00 with a $15.00 shipping and handling fee. Free delivery requirement is
$2,500.00. All deliveries under $1,500 will have a $75.00 delivery charge.

PAYMENTS
We accept Cash, Check or the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card. Amex and Discover have a 1.5% convenience
fee applied.
SERVICE CHARGES
All past due invoices will be subject to a finance charge of 1.50%per month, annual rate of 18%. For any returned checks, a
$25.00 service charge will be applied.

Prices are not provided in this Resource Guide. Prices are quoted by our Sales Representatives. For the name and contact

RETURNS
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Other returns must be approved for credit within 21 days of
receipt and are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Custom orders cannot be returned for any other reason than quality related
issues.
CREDIT CARDS
SynaTek accepts Visa and Master Card, Amex and Discover have a 1.5% convenience fee applied.
