SynaTek's Ecotronic™ injection systems are equipped with a technologically advanced digital control system. Its microprocessors accurately control the speed of the pumps, in proportion to flow, permitting the simultaneous pumping of up to four different inputs at different rates and formulations.

• 24 Hour Digital Timer -- This simple and easy-to-use digital timer provides you with the ability to program your system activity for up to 24 hours in conjunction with your irrigation schedule. The timer allows you to program both the start and termination of your injection cycle. Available in both the ECO-4 and ECO-2 models.
• 7 Day Digital Clock -- The 7 day clock feature allows you to establish your injection schedule for the week in one simple visit to the control panel. This feature is ideal for weekend use. Available only in the ECO-4 model.
• Run Relay Control -- The run relay control is just one of the safety features built into the Ecotronics™ control system. This feature will not allow the injection system to run if water is not flowing through the irrigation system. Available in both the ECO-4 and ECO-2 models.
• Proportional Flow Control -- The Ecotronics™ control system is able to read and calculate the flow of water through the irrigation system. As a result, as the water pressure increases or decreases, the Ecotronics™ control system is able to communicate with the pump instructions to alter the pumping speed. The end result is a uniform application rate even if the flow of water is not constant. Available in both the ECO-4 and ECO-2 models.
• Minimum Flow Per Pump Control -- The minimum flow per pump control allows the Ecotronics™ control system to only inject material if the irrigation gallons per hour reach and stay above a system preset minimum velocity. The control system allows this minimum to be set per pump allowing each control to function at various minimum flow volumes. This feature is ideal for ensuring that the irrigation lines are completely charged prior to injection and purged of injection material at the end of an irrigation cycle. Available only in the ECO-4 model.
• Application Rate Calculator -- Software feature which allows the user to input the desired application rate and irrigation cycle times. The calculator will provide the user with the appropriate micrometer settings. This feature allows these calculations to be performed with flawless precision. Available only in the ECO-4 model.
• Diagnostic Software -- Software feature which tracks and provides such information as run times and pump speeds. This software is particularly helpful in being able to monitor injection performance, as well diagnose any potential performance issues. Available only in the ECO-4 model.
• PH Automatic Shutdown -- A built-in safety feature which automatically shuts down the pump once certain preset pump thresholds are established. This feature negates the possibility of human error when programming the injection run time and will not allow the injection of water quality material beyond the allowable threshold, thus eliminating any possibility for over application. Available only in the ECO-4 model.

All pumps included in each of our Ecotronics™ system packages utilize high performing Neptune pumps. All pumps are equipped with stainless steel back pressure valves.

All tanks included in each of our Ecotronics™ system packages with capacities of greater then 100 gallons come in a cone-bottom shape to maximize material consumption, as well as eliminate any residue that may settle at the bottom of the tank.

All fittings and injection points are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and accidental breaking. All hoses are rated for 300 psi to handle high levels of pressure.
