with the ECO 160 Fertigation SystemTM and ECO Water Quality
SystemTM, this high-tech, low maintenance equipment is on
duty around-the-clock, ready to provide liquid fertilizer
and pHAIRWAY (pHAIRWAY
PDF) water treatment additive to your
turf. The systems’ components
include:
 Digital Filtering Control
Panel - The brain of The Ecotronics
Systems, this panel allows simultaneous control of up to four
pumps, features communications capabilities, and an easy-to-use
screen.
ECO Water Quality Pump - Made for easy cleaning without disturbing
the piping connections, this pump is designed for long-life
and simple maintenance. It is capable of rates up to 35 gallons
per hour with pressure up to 350 PSI.
Transfer & Mixing System -
Made from the highest quality components, this combination
pump and manifold system permits the mixing and transferring
of liquid fertilizer from one tank to another. The 3-hp motor
drives a heavy-duty Pacer pump at rates up to 125 gallons
per minute, permitting water soluble products to be thoroughly
dissolved before injection.
Storage & Mixing Tanks -
Our cone bottom, cross-link, polyethylene, liquid-nutrient
storage tanks come in twin 1050 (or 1600) gallon sizes for
storage, and one 300-gallon mix tank. All tanks are fitted
with heavy-duty bulkheads, stainless steel bolts, and hose
clamps.
Duplex Fertigation Pump - The 160 gallons per hour ECO Duplex
Fertigation pump is capable of injecting two products simultaneously.
The manifolds allow pumping from either storage tank, the mix
tank, or directly from a mini-bulk or drum. |
